Vegan
meals for various occasions. I've aimed to group them according to how
much effort they take to prepare, but please note that less effort does
not equal less tasty!
Most of these dishes can be served as a complete meal on their own, but I've also included a few 'instead of the meat' recipes which can be served instead of a piece of meat at a meat-potatoes-vegetables meal such as a Sunday dinner or Christmas dinner.

Main dishes to serve vegan or vegetarian guests as an alternative to a piece of meat, for meals such as a Sunday roast where they will be able to share the same potatoes and vegetables or other side dishes as everyone else.
